I found out about this place from a local ad. The entire staff was wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming. My 2yr went for his first dental visit and had the best time. A fantastic experience. I would refer and have already told several people about this office. Thank you!!

This is the absolute most perfect dentist office for children. The treatment rooms are spacious and the waiting area is decorated so beautifully. The dentists use state-of-the-art technology to make treatment easy, painless and efficient for the children. What a great staff and place!

You guys were awesome. My son Hunter doesn't like the dentist at all, he doesn't like his mouth being messed with at all. And y'all did such a wonderful job with him. I'm so blessed to have Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry. In the pictures is my 5-year-old daughter Emily she had to have some dental work and she did awesome, and the Dentist and hygienists were awesome as well. Like I said before I'm blessed to have this Dentist for my kids.

Everyone is extremely kind and patient with my children here and we don’t get the usual “dentist dread” before appointments because we know it will be a good experience!

My son had his first appointment here today. They addressed each concern we had and consulted me with throughly on the dental care my son needs. They were great with my son who is autistic and adhd. Very patient and kind. We had a wonderful experience.

Very pleased. Spoke very clearly about what needed to be done. Liked how they were able to keep my child distracted telling her silly things and making her wiggle fingers and toes. She said she even liked coming to this dentist office. Highly recommend!

My and my son’s experience during his initial appointment was great and the experience during his appointment that required a crown & filling was even better. The staff made him feel comfortable and relaxed, which made me feel at ease. We plan to be a long time patient moving forward.

I wish I would’ve found this place with my first child! They’re AMAZING! I was stressed about this appointment all month, because I knew there would be a lot of work to do on my 3 year Old’s teeth. The staff was SO kind and reassuring! I wanted to thank them in person for not making me feel like a horrible mother, but just rehearsing it in my head put a lump in my throat. It was my first visit to this dentist and I already would recommend it!

My son was recently seen for an emergency appointment/x-rays. We are new to the practice and this was our first experience. Everyone we worked with from the front office staff to the dentist was excellent and kind. My son received great care and was given an opportunity to adjust and an overall great deal of patience.

Wonderful staff! Great service! Both the nurse and Doctor took the time to explain things and the work that needed to be done on my child’s poor little mouth without any judgment or Mom-guilting! Excellent equipment and fast in and out! My child didn’t cry once and had a great experience to remember the dentist by! Would absolutely recommend!

This was our first visit and all of the staff were wonderful! The hygienist was so kind to my little boy and made him feel comfortable when he was nervous. The office was decorated for Easter and we loved the atmosphere. Thank you!

The staff were very professional and kind. They had patience with my sweet girl and allowed her to ask her questions and took the time to answer all of them allowing her time to feel comfortable about the procedure that was taking place. Other staff heard her crying and came right in the room and took time to make sure that she was ok and stayed and talked to her. I would recommend this office to anyone with small children that are nervous about going to the dentist.

Hands down better experience than I could have imagined. My son needed a tongue and lip tie procedure while under anesthesia. Dr Thome and staff as well as their partners, Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates, with Dr Emily and Nurse Sarah, were very attentive, thorough and made us all feel comfortable - before, during and after the procedure. 10/10 recommend!

I have brought my daughter here for 2 years and I have been nothing but impressed. Dr. Frank is always very friendly and the whole office staff was nice as well. We were just in for a cleaning today and they are following COVID precautions. It looks like new office staff as well. I've seen some negative reviews but my daughter even had dental surgery when she was 4 and they were great through that process as well.

They have taken care of both of my babies and provide such a wonderful environment with the best service! We’ve personally worked with Dr. Ivy and have met with members of their team Brooke, Taylor, Hailey, Jessica and Hannah who have all gone above and beyond and greet you with a smile every time! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
