Dr. Payton Richardson, DDS Dr. Payton Richardson is a compassionate pediatric dentist with a strong background in community health and a heartfelt dedication to children’s well-being.Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Payton discovered her passion for pediatric dentistry while earning her degree in Community Health at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During that time, she interned at the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District dental clinic, where she primarily cared for children. She went on to earn her DDS from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee, and received a certificate in public health. She completed her pediatric dentistry specialty training at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience treating children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs. Dr. Payton is dedicated to providing a positive and comfortable dental experience where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. Outside of the office, Dr. Payton enjoys swimming (a passion since age nine), relaxing at the beach, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
